Just got back from an incredible few days with our team ❤️ Most of us work fully remote and only get to see each other in person twice a year, so these offsites always feel extra special. Great conversations, lots of laughs, plenty of ideas — and most importantly, time together as actual humans, not little boxes on a screen. About two years ago I decided I wanted to seek out a new challenge, and leave freelance life behind. I was losing passion for playing a bit player role in teams that would come and go. I thought the transition might have looked something like a Creative Director role in an agency, but after touching base with a few friends to let them know my intention, @ptrani suggested I look into a role that was open at Adobe focused on community engagement. After some initial doubts whether I could deliver on what the role needed, it has felt like the perfect opportunity to expand on my years working in the creative industry. Getting to come together in New York this week with our Evangelism team was a great reminder of why I went looking for something that could inspire me to continue to grow and evolve in new ways. I Feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a talented group of individuals that support and champion each other.

I know I’m a bit late with this, but this post is so important to me. 2025 was all about the homies (and Japan travel lol). I learned so much from all of you, cherished our time together, and formed priceless memories. It wasn’t easy: It was a year of loss, mega lows & ultra highs, daunting challenges to overcome… But you all gave me the foundation to power through. Because of YOU it became an incredible year. Biggest thing I’ve RE-learned in 2025: Focus on that foundation. Great people that keep you planted/strong, and genuinely want the best for you. Just like a well-built house or structure, and strong foundation helps you weather the storm, drown out the noise, and puts you in the best position to face challenges. Deepest apologies for not being able to include everyone that has shaped me last year in this slideshow. Even those that simply sent me nice messages, followed me, shared cool things, etc: You all deserve to be in here. Thank you all for an incredible 2025
