Building my dream team has taught me more about leadership than anything else.

I’ve learned that hiring the right people isn’t about finding the most impressive resume.

It’s about character, mindset, coachability, and alignment.

Over the years, I’ve learned to trust my discernment, get crystal clear on our core values, and create a hiring, training, and accountability process that actually protects our culture.

I don’t need perfect people.

I need the right people—and I’m willing to train them, develop them, and lead them well.

Because I’m not building a team just to fill positions.

I’m building a team that believes in the vision. ⚡️
