Jack wasn't overly keen on Reggie trying to eat his head, but he let it slide this once. #twins

The first minute.

My trusty Canon 5D MkII has been with me a long time. We’ve seen a lot together — traveled the world, captured family gatherings... I’ve always loved pairing vintage film lenses with it. For this day, I chose another favourite — the Super Takumar 50mm f/1.4 from 1965. It’s incredibly sharp, even wide open, and despite the yellowing from its radioactive thorium glass, I love the character it brings.

At 12:15pm on Friday 22nd August, I saw my sons for the first time through this viewfinder. I feel like I’ve already taken the best photos I’ll ever take.

Jack & Reggie - born at 12.15pm August 22nd 2025.

The aftermath of another big Wednesday workout!

When you combine weightlifting and running... what's not to love!? 😅

Great effort from everyone who made it in today for the one, it escalated quickly!

Well done team! 👏

What a day. Early playtime with mum. Then into the car for aaaages. Even had to stop at Teals farm shop for somsage roads or something. Then a lovely big walk from King Alfreds Tower. Met loads of other dogs, was wandering off my lead, did big fetches in a field and went back on the lead when I lost interest in going back for cheese when called. Did car sleeps and then home. Anyhoo... I sleeps again now.

🐕 Dog Park Part 3... The Calm
.
Before the storm? YEP... but I was home, bathed and in my PJs before it started. Got pretty muddy today at @heavenlyviewsdogpark but it was worth it.

🐕 Dog Park Part 2... Fwends.
.
@_dana_leigh_23_ and @jmillsy1987 bought Snowy along. @mandy.andrews.5686 and Nigel bought Gunner and Luna. We play well and can all run very fast. It's lucky that @heavenlyviewsdogpark has so much room!

🐕 Dog Park Part 1... the Zoomies.
.
Got to perform some pretty extreme zoomies this morning at @heavenlyviewsdogpark with Gunner, Luna and Snowy. These are a few of dad's shots of me at speed. Look at me go!
