How often should you get a head spa? It depends on your lifestyle. 🤍

Workout regularly, swim often, or dealing with buildup or dandruff? Once a month keeps your scalp in check.

Pretty normal scalp? Every 8–12 weeks is a great reset. Deep cleansing your follicles and keeping things healthy.

Either way, your scalp will thank you. 🌙

Ever wondered what actually happens during a head spa? Here's the full experience. 🌙

It starts with a scalp analysis (yes, an actual scalp camera) to check for buildup and any issues that need attention. Then you pick your scent, get a relaxing scalp massage and exfoliation to boost blood flow, and settle in under a cozy blanket, weighted, if you prefer.

From there, we customize everything: Scalp Solutions, Invati for thinning hair, Nutriplenish for moisture, or Botanical Repair for damage, whatever your hair needs. Multiple cleanses, a deep condition under steam (plus a hand and arm massage), and it all ends at the waterfall for pure relaxation.

Root to soul, this is the reset your scalp has been asking for, right here in St Johns. 🤍
