Major throwback! Exactly 3 years ago today.
Only two months into powerlifting training & peaked out on a 565lbs squat. Didn’t have my own proper lifting belt, no squat shoes (currently have 3 pairs for no reason). Now, I’m just chubby and weak, but at least I bought more shoes. #SelfMotivation #Natty #RiceIsPower

First month back of squat training in almost 2 years. I “PRed” with the same weight as my first ever.

The first attempt was my first ever dropping a PR weight, which probably was the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to me at a gym. But even though the second attempt went up, it was shaky.

2 week break, will be focusing on running. ✌🏼
