My longtime dream finally came to life. Getting to go to summit with all my best friends has been a dream of mine for a long time, that I never imagined would actually happen. It is still so surreal. We not only made it to Summit, but we made it to finals, and hit both days! I am forever grateful that I got to experience this with my favorite people. I also got the opportunity to coach a team in summit, which was so insane! They all are an amazing group of people, that I have grown to love! Very proud of them!

For the last 13 years I have been on several teams and met several great individuals. For almost all of my seasons I have been on a team with the same group of people. I grew up with these people, learned things with or from them, became best friends with them, and been with them for as long as I can remember. They all have been a huge part of my life. The past two seasons it has hit me that these people that have had a huge impact on my life, will be moving on. It absolutely crushed me. Most of the years I was the younger one, so having these people leave hurt. But, I decided instead of being upset about it, to fully appreciate and take it in that I got to have these people in my life in the first place. It is such a privilege that I got to know these people and be on a team with them for this long. Being on a team with a group of girls that have such a strong bond is something truly special and something I will never forget.

Elise, Lindz, and Leah have been three girls that have been cheering with me for over 10 years. Thank you guys for everything. I truly wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else. You all will do amazing things. Love you all forever. Thank you to all of my coaches. You have helped me more than you will ever know and made an enormous impact on me. You all are amazing people, and amazing role models. Love you all! Lastly thank you to all of my teammates. This team has been such a joy, one of my favorite seasons yet. This team truly has the best people on it. See you next season, one last time. 💓

it is hard to find words to describe what i'm feeling right now. wearing Royalty Elite across my chest these past 8 years has been a privilege, an honor, and a blessing. being apart of something bigger than myself has shaped me into the person i am today, and for that i am forever greatful. having the privilege of being a leader to my teammates, a role model to the littles, and learning every day from my coaches has taught me so many lessons that i will carry with me for the rest of my life. helping build RE from the ground up with my best friends by my side fills me with an immense amount of pride, and seeing our name on the Summit finals stage is a representation of 8 years of hard work, dedication to each other, and loyalty.

i have waited 12 years to put a Summit banner around my back. there is no placement, score, or routine that could ever change how proud i am of me and my teammates, coaches, and gym. we played the long game and we trusted the process. we loyaly stuck by each others side through thick and thin, which makes this even more special and bittersweet. i have dreamed of this day since i was a little girl, and the only thing that made this even better was getting to do this with my best friends. growing up with these girls outweighs all the wins and losses of cheerleading, and i would do anything to relive it all. i could post a million pictures and say a millions words trying to explain how much cheerleading, RE, and my best friends mean to me and somehow it still wouldn't be enough. find your people, hold them close, and never let go. that's the real win.

Major League, thank you for the best year of my life. through everything, the good and the bad, the wins and the losses, there is truly nobody else, no other team, and no other gym that i would want to be doing this with. others may have the banners and medals, but we have something they don't. we have each other. i love you all more then any words could express, and i am so lucky to know each and every one of you and get to call you my teammates and best friends.
