every summer since 2020 I have traversed the whole eastern side of Mount desert island by way of 12 peaks! It’s always 17 miles, and it’s taken me anywhere between 8 and 10 hours depending on who I’m with (or if I’m solo like I have been twice) and it’s always a great endurance challenge.

We’ve been blown away by the love we have been getting on our YouTube!

In 2024, we released our director @hansenbursic’s @templeu_fma thesis film, HALLOWEEN 1987. The film has since racked up over 200k views and over 1k likes. You can watch it now with the link in our bio.

We are so grateful for all the love for the only narrative film in our catalog. Is this a sign we should do more fiction films?

My final RHYDE class of 2025, and a reminder of why I still show up every time.
To every trainer—new, seasoned, or somewhere in between—hear this:
Never stop learning. Never stop improving.
Experience doesn’t mean you’ve arrived. It means you’ve earned the responsibility to keep growing.

This post has been a long time coming. But I’ve been on the road and after last nights episode, it feels fitting to finally share. I got to lend my hand to @keegandewitt for his score of “The Chair Company.” Anyone who knows me is well aware I can barely get through a sentence without quoting @tsrobinson23 in some way or another. So this was a dream gig. Keegan’s score is absolutely wild. His approach to this music was so creative and different that it was hard to keep up. But I like to think I helped create a small amount of the magic that came out. I heard about this show a couple years ago and was patiently waiting for it to come out. Never in a million years did I even think I’d get to be a fly on the wall for this. So I have about a million thanks to @keegandewitt for making a dream come true. I wrote a small amount of music, contributed sound design elements, and did some other fun stuff behind the scenes. Keegan did not compromise a single sound for the months of work it took to get this out the door. Thank you to @tsrobinson23 and @zkanin for creating something so wild and hilarious, to the team at @hbo for working with us. @stacy.mov and #andrewfitzgerald on the edit. @kenaghbabcock and #vicneumark for keeping everyone cool and being an all around badasses. The list goes on and on. This was amazing to be a part of and I am eternally grateful and still pinching myself.

cheers to womxn in sports!

i’m incredibly fortunate to have grown up in the post-Title IX era and stand on the shoulders of legends like Billie Jean & RBG.

i’m elated each & every damn day i get to work at a sports network that established the first-ever all women sports talk show @weneedtotalk. i get to hear stories from women who’ve blazed a trail in their own right & learn from their experiences being in the industry longer than i was able to kick my first soccer ball… the topics we dive into actually talk about the real issues going on not just on the field but with things like mental health support, trans kids not having a safe space in the locker room and equal pay for play for womxn.

IF that wasn’t enough, I also get to call myself a coach (in a league dominated by white cis-men) and create a safe environment for a group of high school girls to grow in basketball but also as humans. i wasn’t accustom to having female coaches when i was younger but the two i did have taught me two of the most valuable skills i get to share with my kids… building trust & confidence are lessons that help make better players but more so, better people… it’s a full circle moment & something i’ll cherish forever.

S/O to my @templeultimatew family!!!! DAMN so many thanks to go around in ulti but most importantly the people it’s brought into my life, my teammates & competitors included. Y’all really are my second family & enabled me to learn more about myself than i knew… the word safe comes to mind when being apart of this team. i could justtt be me. i watched my baby gay self shine because we all gave each other a voice. who knew throwing around a lil piece of recycled plastic would bring me so much love.

sports are a big part of my life & they’ll never stop teaching me things / helping me get through others.
