I’m so proud of @klowelitegirlsbasketball 17u & @coachnish_ the way they played all year long. The ups and downs, the hi’s and lows couldn’t prepare you more for the next level. Any college coach would and should want smart, talented, great character kids to play for them. #klowgirls2023 ✌🏾

Grandma & Aunt Val I love you and miss you both. These days aint easier but I’m getting stronger and the pain I use as motivation to get me through and accomplish goals like this!

To my family and close friends thank y’all for supporting me even in the toughest times, I love y’all! Took me 7 years to get my bachelors due to some circumstances (I was on track to be a undergrad lifer 😂) but got my masters in less than 2 years while coaching- anything is possible so don’t let them tell you anything different, you hear me!!
