RAVE COLLECTIVE BASED IN SAIGON
A cocoon of sound.

Born loud, born restless
Whatever leaves the cocoon was always
meant to be seen
Saigon, neon lights, a room full of strangers
and a rhythm I followed like a thread
out of the dark
The walls I hit turned into doors —
and every door opened onto the dance floor

my wings 🤍

When order met chaos
Belligerent and drunk, grids after grids
Pouring your heart and soul into the mic
Such a journey of making a song in one month together
Thx for sharing this ticket for the ride

@kencor.e what if today is our last day?

there's so many things I wanted to say and I kept questioning "what if"

What I'm feeling rn can't just be put into the words "thank you"
I sincerely appreciate everyone who has been, and continues to be, by @kencor.e side throughout this long journey. Your presence is what makes every piece come together and creates Kén Core as it is today. @trantthemanh @qn_thii @marcy.pb @burgerqkqkqing @dththuyf @c.h00k @brian_so_strong @bo_yin @ryeryeyang @bdotcya @dodonmt @dumbtch.joey

Without you, there would be no Kén Core.
(I'm also speaking @ymxmxy mind rn tbh, my fwiend)

If there is no tomorrow, then let’s make today the happiest we’ve ever been.
Please also come support our @the.observatory in their very last days ❤️‍🩹

THIS WEEK AT THE OBS

The final days of August are looking rather lively.

On Friday 28/8, Arcan returns with another heavyweight takeover, bringing Mexican DJ and producer NVXRRX to Saigon for the first time. Founder of ENVY LABEL and Pandemic Sessions, NVXRRX moves through tekno, trance, hard techno and latincore, bringing a high-impact sound from Guadalajara to the Observatory.

Joining them is the Arcan powerhouse duo Goss & Ilona, alongside Chi Min, Phát Paris, and the return of Yung & Espen Iden.

Then on Saturday 29/8, KÉNCORE VOL.8: UNTITLED takes over with a crew built for nonstop energy. Special guests Rye & BDOT bring their hybrid performance, with headliner Bo Yin joined by a lineup of local DJs.

Two nights, two very different worlds, both ready to make some serious noise.

Meowsic APT. invites B^2M (VN) & Kỳ Mỹ (VN)

Returning to Meowsic APT., B^2M and Kỳ Mỹ continue to define their presence through a shared, uncompromising devotion to experimental electronic music. Their collaboration is built on a foundation of constant curiosity, where the booth becomes a laboratory for sonic exploration. By weaving together a narrative that honors their individual digging processes, they demonstrate a maturity in storytelling that reflects their deep commitment to the craft and the evolution of the local underground.

For this session, the duo leads listeners through a highly unpredictable landscape, rich in dense textures and shifting rhythms. Their selection thrives on a high-energy dialogue, fearlessly challenging the boundaries of sub-genres through complex, transformative transitions. It is a multi-layered journey where heavy low-ends meet abstract soundscapes, proving that for B^2M and Kỳ Mỹ, the dancefloor is a space for both intense physical movement and profound sonic discovery.

Carrot

A flower lover with a soft spot for beauty in the little things, let’s bloom together🌸

Alongside the gorgeous bouquet you’ll create, we’ll also prepare a thoughtfully curated gift, sent with you as a quiet keepsake 🪽

HOA LỆ — an immersive experience where floral artistry meets sound. More than a workshop, it is a personal journey: a space where you intuitively select, compose, and create something that feels like nourishment for the soul. A gentle invitation to slow down, to listen inward, and to rediscover your relationship with beauty.
With the guidance of flower buddy @carrotdang , you are free to choose your own flowers, accent them with fruits and objects, and arrange at your own pace. Music flows quietly in the background as the sun sets, allowing each moment to linger.
