Happy Equipment Managers Appreciation week to all of the hard working men and women out there! These groups of people are truly the teams behind the teams- they often put in more work than just about anyone in the world of sports, and though their efforts may be overlooked and/or unrecognized by many, I will ALWAYS be all of your guys’ #1 supporter! 👏 I’ve made it a priority for years now to highlight the hard work and everything else that goes on behind the scenes that makes the game we all love possible to be played under every circumstance (at every level too). EQ staffs are easily my favorite social accounts to follow and collab w/, I could watch behind the scenes and helmet building videos all day every day! 🔥 I’ve had the pleasure of working and collaborating with SO many of these individuals/staffs in the 10+ years I’ve been posting about football helmets, uniforms, gear, and my own custom work, and I’ll continue to highlight all of you going forward- I owe some of the best/coolest experiences in my life to several of these teams! I couldn’t be more appreciative of them and what they mean to the game- built up some incredible relationships with even more incredible people (even throughout the process of losing my original account and having to restart from 0), and I’ll do all I can to maintain them as long as I’m around. Can’t thank you all enough for your contributions to my collection (the Helmet HOF), the opportunities to collab, and for completing all other duties assigned that make the football world go round. Hope you all feel the love this week and every week going forward, and if you ever feel unappreciated or that your efforts go unnoticed, just know you’ve got a fan and supporter in me always! To everybody else, show some love to your team’s EQ staff this week! *Couldn’t possibly tag every EQ manager that I’ve connected with over the years (IG only allows 20 tags), but gonna try to @ as many as I can, and the rest of you know how I feel!* Let’s have a great rest of the week and as always, looking forward to connecting more and building new relationships with you all going forward 🙌 S/O EQ!! @aema_74 @riddellsports @schuttsports @vicispro

Take a look behind the scenes as we complete some final touches with one of our C2P helmets in advance of this week’s matchup. Thanks to @guardian_caps our players are kept safe and our helmets kept clean with minimal work needed for Saturdays. Some decal adjustments, new facemask, and new C2P speakers have this helmet ready for gameday!
