I am very blessed to have been a Lady Gobbler for the past 4 years. 💚

To my coaches, I thank y’all for believing in me from the beginning as a freshman and building a great program of girls, which some I can call my best friends. I’m thankful for my parents and family, who always showed up to my games, and have been my loudest fans in the stands no matter what! I’m also thankful for everyone who has truly supported me in the green and white.

To the upperclassman who took me under their wing as a freshman y’all hold a very special place in my heart and I will always love y’all. To my underclassmen, thank y’all for all the energy, love and support y’all brought everyday to the field. Cuero Lady Gobbler Softball has such a bright future ahead!

From the wins and losses, to the bus rides, practices, tournaments, and weight room. I know I have poured my all into the last 4 years and competed until the final out. I am very thankful to leave MY Mark as a Lady Gobbler.

As I look back, this year has definitely been my favorite. I was proud to stand up and be a leader for this team. Leadership isn’t always easy and this year tought me resilience, confidence, and what it really means to lead. Leadership comes with challenges, while not everyone can accept your role or understand the bigger picture, I am proud to say that I showed up for my team and gave everything I had.

As my high school softball journey ends, I know that this is just a little chapter in my book, we have big things ahead, with more goals to be set, more work to put in and more friends to meet along the way. #blinnbound

But as always, forever grateful for this game.
