Season 5 at Mills in the books

This game is something else. I was just talking to our team of coaches last week about how we’ve never been in an overtime game since we started here. What do you know… our last two games of the season we go to OT in back to back games.

I’m not sure if I’ve ever put so much on a group than these guys. Majority of them were here in June of last year preparing for this season and only took time off when we had to.

I always tell players I coach “As much as I’m teaching, I’m always learning myself” and I learned a lot this season. Proud of every single one of these guys for the work they put in to finish 17-7 overall. Next season starts today
