essentially this is the summer of crashing out lololol but hey, will never not be appreciative for the people i have in my life whom arguably i wouldn’t even label as friends, but family. thank you, everyone, like truly. youre all the reason im even somewhat put together so ily this post is to show you im finding lil’ moments of nerdiness and joy through all of this 🫶🏻

If you bring your mom to an EDM festival… 🍪

She’s going to want to meet your friends.

When she realizes your friends “partake”, she’s gonna ask to smoke.

After she finds her own high, she’s going to want something to eat.

While she’s walking in the vendors, shes gonna ask you to stop to look at some merchandise.

As she’s looking through racks of clothes, she’s gonna realize she left her pashmina at camp.

On the walk back to camp, she’s going to stop at each and every Take-One-Leave-One.

As she collects trinkets and Knick-Knacks, bass music will be thumping throughout the fields and into her head.

And she’s going to want to know those ID’s.

With new songs, and new toys, and new clothes, and new friends, a new lifestyle is all she’s going to want.

And then she’s going to ask you…

To take her to another EDM festival. 🍪

Electric Forest ‘26🌲🍄👾❤️

Truly still processing what an unforgettable weekend I just had. Like sometimes something is just so good that it is hard to even remember it piece by piece.

I do know that my love for house music has just jumped to another level and a new love of trap is emerging. Like of any festival I’ve been to there has never been this energy and seriousness of every DJ/artist giving it their absolute all and the crowd fully reciprocating it back to them. I was front row at truly some of the most incredible stages and moments in the world. I am immensely grateful for that.

Also my entire hula fam decided to take a massive trip up from Florida to come with me and it was just such an amazing feeling to have them all in my home state having fun together (and seeing @sammyvirji for the 3rd time🤣). I felt like my new family is there for me in a way I’ve always craved and I am so grateful of the love from them

And then of course I spent sooo much time roaming by myself but just with a new sense of peace and security that I haven’t always had. Just roaming at my own pace, taking in the beauty, getting front row at my favorite stages, and having beautiful connections with new people wherever I went.

Special shoutout to @lsdream for a special light code sound bath that really helped me let go of some blockages and take another step forward in myself. Even more grateful for the amazing conversation I had with Adam and Sierra in the Tea Tent right afterwards:)

It’s always sad when something so special comes to an end, but I’m just excited to get back to my life in Nashville that I love so much with less holding me back. I am ready for this new chapter of change and this experience has given me the confidence to walk towards it with my head held high.

I will always remember my 2nd forest and am grateful to anyone who played a part of it❤️
