A few years ago, I came back to Midwest Elite Dance Center without realizing how much it would shape my life. Looking back now, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This studio gave me so much more than dance, it gave me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, incredible opportunities, and people who pushed me to become the best version of myself.

Thank you to @iamkenice and @stacie_nicole_ for believing in me and helping me accomplish goals I once only dreamed about. @aliciajaye_ thank you for creating a solo that challenged me and helped me grow more than I ever expected. To my teammates and best friends, thank you for making every practice, competition, and moment in between so special. And to my family, thank you for being my biggest supporters through it all.

I’ll always be grateful for everything this chapter gave me and for the people who made it unforgettable. Midwest will always be a part of who I am.

Thrive, you were good to me🤍

I’m not exaggerating when I say this place has changed my life. From my teammates and coaches to the staff, families, Molly and Yvette, thank you for creating a place that became so much more than a dance studio. The moment I walked through the doors, I knew this was where I wanted to be. I came hoping to grow as a dancer, but I left with so much more.

I joined Thrive as a junior in high school, stepping into a leadership role right away. More than anything, I wanted to make people feel seen, spread kindness, and build genuine friendships. Looking back now, I’m so grateful for the relationships, memories, and lessons that came from that goal. I truly feel like I am walking away as a better person, a better leader, and with a family that I know will always be here. No matter how far, Thrive will always have a special place in my heart.

Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, and making these past two years some of the most meaningful of my life. There truly aren’t words that could ever capture how special this place is :)

Where do I even start? As season 16 officially comes to an end I feel nothing but thankful and so blessed to be apart of something so special. If you know me, you know that this team means more then anything to me and I couldn't be more proud of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices we made this season to prepare for moments like these. Thank you to my teammates for every unforgettable memory this season and I'm so grateful to get to share the stage with such an amazing group of people! And to my coaches, thank you for everything. Thank you for believing in us, pushing us past what we thought we were capable of, and always wanting the best for us. Everything you do behind the scenes never goes unnoticed, and I’m so grateful for the time, effort, and love you guys poure into this team.

“If goodbye hurts, it means your time was well spent.”

This week, I made it to the end of a very very very long chapter of my life. I couldn’t have done it without the amazing people I had by my side throughout these past 16 years. These memories are ones that will always live in a special place of my heart and I wouldn’t want to change it for the world!

Thank you @midwestelitedancecenter for being a place I can call home and always supported me! I love you guys and all my teammates. As well to my amazing coaches @iamkenice and @stacie_nicole_ for helping me get to where I am today.

Thank you to my parents and family for always being by my side no matter what place I got or how good I performed.

And lastly I thank god for giving me this amazing gift that I get to share with so many people! It truly is a blessing to be able to dance and I will never take that for granted!
