Florida’s second-home season doesn’t slow down in the fall, it builds toward it.

As northern buyers start planning their winter move south, the window to buy before that demand arrives is already open. This bayfront estate in Miramar Beach is exactly the kind of property that disappears once snowbird season is in full swing.

510 Walton Way sits on over 1.03 private, gated bayfront acres, designed by Geoff Chick and built by Chase Green Built. Soaring ceilings, custom coffered detail, and expansive sliding glass doors keep the water view as the backdrop from nearly every room.

📍510 Walton Way, Miramar Beach
6 Beds | 6.5 Baths | 6,924 SF
Offered at $6,850,000

Strategy matters more than timing, but knowing both changes everything.

Fall festivals, local traditions, and a calendar that somehow has something happening every weekend.
