Senior Sunday Chorus Edition!

Dear NHS Chorus,

Thank you for really shaping the person I am today! I am so honored to be leaving such an amazing program that has had such a huge impact on me. The memories I have created through chorus will be some of the best memories of my life, and I will hold onto them forever and ever.

These are some amazing people I have gotten to sing with these past four years, and something I truly love about chorus is that it doesn’t matter how good you are or what level you’re at. It doesn’t matter because it is a connection that only singers know how to share, and it always brings us all together no matter where you are in life or what chorus means to you personally.

I have met some of my forever best friends through chorus. I also got the amazing opportunity to work with our ESE kids this year doing music with them, and what an incredible experience that was.

To my amazing girl, Mrs. Ireland, I literally don’t know where I would be without you!! I love you to the moon and back. Thank you for always being in my corner, whether that was to cry, scream, or simply laugh with. I will forever be here to make fun of you about something and keep you on your toes. But hey, just remember who does all your work ;)

It hit me after our spring concert that this program is probably the one I’m having the hardest time leaving, and I think that’s why it was so hard for me to post this. But how lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard?

Cheers to all the in and out of class rehearsals, Disney trips, Concerts, MPA, Chorus Camps, All County, countless songs, and art projects (iykyk)I’m so blessed to be able to go into college as a music major, so this isn’t the end of singing for me! Thank you, NHS Chorus ❤️

Not enough words to describe the impact this semester has had on me! Thanking the Lord for the ways I have experienced His creation & people in a new way. Lots of laughs & memories made with these people that now feel like family. I’ve been constantly reminded that our God is a God of abundance & worthy of all our praise!
