My people!

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am to have so many beautiful souls who show up for me time and time again through everything. I wouldn’t be standing here so strong without them

Whether you were there physically or have been showing love & support from afar: a million thank yous could never be enough, and my wins will always be your wins 🤍

That post show celebration 🥂

My dad’s favorite candy was Reese’s peanut butter cups and I don’t think there was a single day you couldn’t find one hiding somewhere in our house. Had to toast to one with my people in his honor

I’m so grateful for everyone who showed up for me and made this day even more special. Plenty more thank yous to come🤍

day trip to a fancy new gym was in fact what the dr ordered ✨

the biggest array & nicest machines I have ever seen I was truly a kid in a candy store haha 😻

we always preach consistency in the gym with training, exercises, and mechanisms used…but an opportunity like this doesn’t come around very often so it’s important to take advantage of it and just have fun!!

2025.

What an incredibly transformative and unpredictable year.

Despite the volume and magnitude of the events that I experienced this year, I truly feel like this was the rain needed to bring the flowers. I’ve done my fair share of dwelling on the more negative aspects, but my focus lies in the evolution of myself as an athlete and as a person, the new and deepened connections I made with others (so much love and appreciation for you all), and the direction I now have moving into 2026.

I’m just grateful to be here and so ready for a new chapter, a fresh start, and 365 more opportunities to accomplish and become everything I possibly can

Oh my goodness where do I even start with this one ???

Bodybuilding is a solo sport, but you truly never do it alone.

Each and every person in my life has contributed to my journey and my successes just as much as the long cardio sessions, training, and months of dieting have. Whether it was words of encouragement, understanding for my lack of participation in social outings, showing up for me, being the brain of the whole operation ( @jeremy_desantis ), or just simply putting up with my low energy, I truly have the greatest people in my corner. It makes a world of a difference on the harder days and every victory taste 1000x sweeter. My wins are their wins and I think I’m even more excited to watch them succeed as I am for my own achievements.

I don’t think I can ever express how grateful I am to have the guidance and support from this amazing group right here. I will forever be trying to give back even half of the love I received throughout this prep and on show day. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and clapped for me louder than anyone else in the room. I could not have made it to the stage without them.

And of course, to everyone who has ever messaged me, commented, or cheered me on: it doesn’t go unnoticed and I am so appreciative of everyone who has believed at any point, but especially this prep.

Huge shoutout to @umbrastrength and @powerhousegymel for giving me the tools and communities that have allowed me to thrive and reach my goals both inside and outside of the gym.

I hope everyone is fortunate enough to find a circle as outstanding as mine. My cup is so full ❤️
