Mother’s Day, a sacred day for moms 🥞🍓

Best advice I never took 💛

Everyone today asked me- “are you so sad?!”
.
It’s veryyy bittersweet to be leaving Wholebody but I have so much faith in what’s ahead.
.
What I am sad about is not spending the first hour of my mornings, just me and Kendra. The only person who enjoys the early morning as much as I do. The only other person who always wants to learn more and do better and be better as much as I do. 90% of our 6am mornings start with one or the other spewing something we just heard in a podcast or read in a research article as we chug our not-so-slow-coffee and prepare for the day.

Mentors are absolutely priceless in life and honestly…
she’s probably going to have to cut her own hand off if she ever actually wants me to stop holding it😅
