@_noetp_ competed at @spsgym Rite of Passage competition in the Legends session. This very unique event limits entrants to first time competitors. This year marked their 10 year anniversary so they included athletes whose first meet was RoP. Noe went 6/6 got a +4 kg PR and qualified for the @usa_weightlifting Virus Finals. Working with Noe and her family is a pleasure and privilege. @spsgym put on an excellent event at the gorgeous Oakland Raiders training facility in Alameda, Ca. Very special touches included the athletes names in every session featured on the competition platform, elite loaders and American weightlifting legend @kendrickjfarris on the mic. Kendrick is working hard to promote @usa_weightlifting and had some very kind words for me. #olympicweightlifting #adaptiveathlete #marinheavyathletics

To wrap up National School Lunch Week, it’s time to celebrate! 🎉

Since launching The Justice Tour this year, we’ve brought plant milk to thousands of students in schools across the country. Building on our success in the spring with champion athletes @machetegirl @kendrickjfarris and @veganolympian, we are bringing more nutrient-rich plant milk to schools with our upcoming innovative pilot programs. 🌱

What a special Sunday evening in Shreveport! We welcomed @badassvegan, for the premiere of his documentary @theyretryingtokillusfilm The film gave us plenty to think about, and the conversation was just as powerful.

It was a beautiful reminder that collaboration builds community. When people come together to share stories, ideas, and a vision for a healthier future, we all leave a little more connected. Shoutout to Shreveport’s own vegan Olympian, @kendrickjfarris , and to @itsme_justshika at @sipphouseshv for having this meaningful gathering.

I’m grateful for the chance to connect and share a little about our journeys. 💚 John, I meant what I said, I’m holding you to coming back so I can welcome you to @vegans_on_the_run to eat when we open! #shreveport #vegansontherun #shreveportvegan
