Packed Monday class tonight.

As a coach it's great to see everyone improving in all aspects of their fighting style.

Not only that but creating their own style that fits their body type and personality.

Personality within your martial art is so important and is greatly overlooked in this trying to get better faster, systems based training period.

When you are doing martial arts be you. Stop try to be anyone else.

Just be you!

Proud to look back at the last 6 months and note what impact we are having on athletes development! 🏒

We build ROBUST ATHLETES who DOMINATE. Don’t settle for a cookie cutter 12 week body building programme. We are raising the standard of S&C and making it more accessible for ice hockey players everywhere!
