But, I still plan to carry the meaning of First Summer into every season!

Remember that the good days are now!
You can create the life you want!
Never stop doing the fun things you loved as a kid!

Whatever phase of life your in, I believe you should always make time for simple childlike activities. Frolick with friends, build a fort, get a coloring book, roll down a hill, hunt for bugs!!! With the colder seasons coming up, its easy to become a hermit, slow down and disengage with the world (which is important!), but don’t forget to add small joys into your days that make you feel alive!!!

HAD TO SHARE MY FAVORITE PEOPLE AND MOMENTS FROM SWISS DAYS 🇨🇭
We completed year 3 of Swiss days, our biggest market of the year, and I’m so proud + grateful!! This was our first big event as Forst Summer and I LOVED SEEING EVERYONES REACTIONS TO THE NEW BRANDING 🥹 THANK YOU!! It was a hella good weekend because of each of you who took time out of your day to come see us + make us feel on top of the world 🌎 BLESS UP!!!

SWISS DAY 2026 🇨🇭
A weekend that takes months of prep + stresses me TF out, but is always so worth it 🥹
I couldn’t have done this weekend without my people, and I would for sure not be where I am without all of you who give us endless love!!!!!

Day 2: GOALS MET!
Such a fun day on the boat being the videographer! (I had some moles removed last week so I’m trying to stay out of the sun) Kenly surfed without the rope, Jack tried a new board, Jonique is a surfboard QUEEN and Chad landed a 360! Then we watched an insane sunset followed by the most wild lightening storm I’ve ever seen in my life! And finished the night with pi-zookies with home made ice cream, cookies and hot fudge all made from scratch!#WeAreAnIngredientHouseboat #LakeLifeGivingALLtheVibes

Day 1 @ Lake Powell- Only the 5 of us on this trip! Obligatory pic on the huge rocking chair in Beaver, had to buy 2 new batteries for the skiboat in Page, so we had a very delayed “lunch” at 4:00!, quick evening boat ride and then giving our tired eyes some love!

If you don’t get Dippin’Dots at Splash Summit are you even ok? This was the BEST way to beat the heat and decompress from a crazy week at work! Love my Family SO MUCH! #SplashSummitWaterPark

A collection made for my hometown 😭🍓💌
Pleasant Grove Strawberry Days means more to me than any holiday. Spending nights at the rodeooooo, eating strawberries and cream, hopping on carnival rides until I get sick, going to the parade, etc etc etc!! It’s the most nostalgic summer time fun and I’m excited to be able to share a little piece of it with you 🍓🍓🍓 Our strawberries and cream socks and going to the rodeo socks are live on our site 🥹
