Remembering. Today as a family we did a Hero workout, the Murph, with our friends at Redline Functional Fitness. This was Lt. Michael P. Murphy’s personal regimen… Kenna was the family champ finishing at 53 minutes, a full 30 minutes ahead of Kohen and I! Jazz, Kodi, and Kalli split it up and participated too. I never would’ve thought 100 pull-ups would be possible. We are a little sore but most of all humbled and grateful for the brave heroes who are the reason we remember. 🫡🇺🇸❤️‍🩹

“Find a girl who you want to raise a family with” that was some of the best advice my mom gave me! Happy Mother’s Day Jasmine. You are truly treasured by me and our kids! I love you! I so enjoy our life together.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her: “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!””

Internship this year has taught be so much and I am so grateful for the people that I’ve gotten to spend my summer with to grow and learn more in my walk with the Lord. I’m going to miss all of our late night talks and the laughs that were shared and even having to carry water jugs that were heavy as heck up the stairs! I love you guys!!
