8 weeks. Stronger girls. Stronger teammates.

What a summer it’s been with our Girl’s Barbell Club!

Today, they tested their 1-rep max back squat. Wednesday, it’s bench press. Friday, deadlift.
The numbers are only part of the story.

Over these 8 weeks, we’ve watched these girls grow physically and mentally. They’ve gotten stronger, learned to trust themselves, and discovered they’re capable of more than they thought.

And maybe our favorite part? Watching them gather around each other, yell encouragement, celebrate the wins, and help each other finish the lift.

They weren’t afraid to fail.
They owned the room every time they stepped up to the bar.
They pushed themselves—and supported the girl next to them.

We can’t wait to watch them take this strength and confidence into their fall sports seasons.

This is the future of strength training.
And we’re so proud to be building it.
