First Major Championship in the 📚.
Absolute no words to describe this experience, from being a kid and dreaming every year about teeing it up 1 day in this championship to it becoming a reality still hasn’t kicked in yet.

A lot of positives from this week to help me strive in the future and put my hands on the Claret Jug one day.

Really happy with the progress I made with my team so far this season and achieved my long time goal to play a Major championship before going to collage.

To the boy on the mat,
Right now, you’re in a gymnastics hall, learning to move past your fears and discovering that the only competition that matters is the one against yourself. But soon, you will fall in love with a game called golf. And like any love story, it will shake you. Early mornings, missed birthdays, and a social life sacrificed for a vision: this game will become your compass.
College will be the defining, most meaningful chapter of your life. You’ll understand that education isn’t about studying in a classroom; it’s about learning to think for yourself. That shift in perspective will shape your entire career. Your diploma will remain your greatest trophy and deepest pride.
After that, you will spend 12 years inside the ropes. You’ll reach the DP World Tour, and you will win. You will hold trophies, and you will sit alone on planes after missed cuts. Don’t fall for either illusion. Professional golf is a beautiful, brutal arena that will strip you down to your core.
You will understand that winning and losing are just different sides of the same coin. As Kipling wrote, you’ll learn to « treat those two impostors just the same, » for they are both designed to forge the man you are meant to be. Don’t hide from the struggle. Embracing the risk of both outcomes is the only way to truly live your passion. That is the real victory.
Then, one day, you will face a different kind of decision. Not whether you can continue… but whether you should. You will realize that the last decade inside the ropes, combined with your years at Berkeley, wasn’t the destination.
It was the preparation for something bigger.

To my parents: the foundation of everything I have become. You backed my vision without judgment and made sacrifices in silence. Thank you.
