Huge congratulations to everyone who moved up a position, earned recognition, and made their mark throughout the month of August! 📈

Your growth is a reflection of your consistency, commitment, coachability, leadership, and willingness to keep pushing beyond your comfort zone.

Every promotion and every recognition represents hours of work that most people never see.

👑 You didn’t just show up , you elevated.
📈 You didn’t just participate, you progressed.
🔥 You didn’t just talk about growth, you demonstrated it.

Let’s carry that into this month and take even more wins home🏆#imperialstrong💪🏽

Head, Shoulders, Knees… and CUPS!

Today’s game day was all about bringing the energy, staying engaged, and having fun while keeping intensity and competition high. The atmosphere you create is the atmosphere you perform in!

Motion creates emotion.
The more you move, the more you engage.
The more you engage, the more you win.

We’re not taking our foot off the gas. Ending this week with momentum, excitement, and the mindset to finish stronger than we started.

Let’s close it out the right way!

Kenroy Sergeant is the definition of humble confidence. He moves with intention and consistently shows up ready to compete at a high level. No shortcuts, no noise—just discipline.

Representing Organization Imperial under Ace and Embers, that mindset is exactly why he’s quickly becoming one of the top competitors in Axe Elite.

Accomplishments:⭐ Top 5 Prospector of the Year⭐ Top 5 Highlights of the Month⭐ Popped 2 bottles⭐ Promoted to Sales Consultant in under 5 months

He’s not just rising—he’s proving he belongs.
