I’ve been going to this school since preschool, watching homecoming after homecoming, never imagining that one day I would be the girl wearing the crown. Hearing my name called was a moment I’ll never forget. My heart is so full knowing I got to experience something so special in the place I’ve always called home.

To my amazing friends and family, thank you for the endless love, encouragement, and support, not just during homecoming, but throughout my entire life. I wouldn’t be who I am today without each of you. 🤍

A special thank you to my best friend and her family for always being by my side. Having my best friend on court with me made this experience even more unforgettable. You truly are the best blessing, and are a gift from God. Even before receiving the crown, I already felt like a winner getting to share these memories with you. Thank you all for loving and supporting me through everything!

To my two amazing escorts, thank you for the endless laughs, memories, and making this experience so much fun. One of you has been one of my best friends since kindergarten, which made this day even more special.
