The Learning Commons: Summer Edition - What better way to round out our summer edition post series than by bookending it with @justsummxr? Besides her exploits that we shared earlier this summer, Summer raced her first 5k since having major hip surgery. Definitely a milestone for her! She has also been an assistant coach for the Greenville High School XC Team this summer.

Happy summer, Summer, and everyone! We hope you enjoyed every bit of it! We can't wait to see you all back on campus.

Now that it’s officially summer, it’s time to check in with the Learning Commons staff and see what they’ve been up to. This is The Learning Commons: Summer Edition, and where better to start than with summer’s namesake and Writing Lab consultant, Summer Stitt? It looks like Summer’s keeping busy doing all the things she loves: playing tennis, hanging with family and pets, and showing her dog Pepper around campus. On the heels of Father’s Day, we also gotta shout out Summer’s dad, Prof. @kenstitt. Glad to see you both are enjoying yourselves!

The Learning Commons: Summer Edition (literally) - Writing Lab Consultant Summer Stitt has been active this summer! Whether it's helping out with her church's Vacation Bible School, attending a family reunion with her dog Pepper, or feeding the giraffes with her mom at Keystone Safari, Summer is making the most of her summer! Way to live out your namesake, girl!
