An action packed seminar with @pettawee_sorkittichai at @teammanamuaythai as we celebrated the gym’s 1-year anniversary. Truly, a unique blend of Muay Khao energy and Muay Femur mindset. The seminar was packed with slick techniques grounded by strong fundamentals and technical details. An incredible opportunity for everyone on the mats to learn from one of Thailand’s best and @brennamarriott 🥊

A huge thank you to Pettawee for sharing his knowledge, Brenna for helping with instructions and congratulations to the entire Team Mana family on an amazing first year. Here’s to many more years of growth and building a stronger Muay Thai community! 🥳🥊

If you’re looking to train Muay Thai, improve your striking, or experience high-level seminars with world-class fighters, @teammanamuaythai continues to raise the standard.

Love Voda Spa. Whenever I come back to Los Angeles, I always go over to Voda spa on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood and chill out and relax and see friends. 230° Banya and 45° cold dunk. #colddunk #banya #vodaspa #soberissexy

3 YEARS SOBER @kentavery

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s that you’re never quite sure which version of Kent is going to show up.

But one thing is always guaranteed: whatever version shows up, he’s going to be sober.

Today we celebrate 3 years of recovery for a man who has transformed his life and become someone dedicated to helping others do the same. You’ve turned your experiences into strength, your struggles into wisdom, and your recovery into a way of giving back to the people around you.

Your willingness to show up for others, share your story, and help people through some of the hardest moments of their lives has made a real impact in our community.

Congratulations on 3 years, Kent!
Keep being unapologetically yourself, keep helping others, keep the laughs coming, and keep proving that recovery can be lived out loud.

Proud of you! Keep inspiring.
