⭐️SOLD⭐️. When you and your client are so excited that she closed on her new construction home you can’t help but create “The New Construction Dance”…. Enjoy 🤣😂

There’s been material delays, time line adjustments , reinspections , brick delays… so happy my client continued with the process because she closed on her home with equity.

We accomplished another one of my bucket list ✅ items which was to go 🐳whale watching and see whales🐳. . The chase was fun but the suspense of wondering where the whales will come back up to breathe was exciting. You may ask why whale 🐳🐳watching? The main reason was to ⭐️continue to do something I’ve never done before or ever dreamed was possible ⭐️ and to continue to get over the fear of being far far far out in the ocean 🐠🐬🐙. Whales 🐳 dominate the ocean 🌊and take out just about anything in their way that threatens them. They are beautiful creatures who are not afraid and will always protect themselves. Although we went searching for them. The killer whales who often travel in groups had no problem coming close to the boat to remind us the ocean is their kingdom. Fulfilling this bucket list item keeps the spirit of #Fearlessness 🔥burning 🔥 on the inside of my 🔵#Soul. 🔵 My hope for you is that you NEVER let your dreams die and you keep #FIGHTING by taking steps to overcome your #FEAR until your dreams are manifested. .

I feel overwhelmed with gratitude 😀 everyday. To live in America 🇺🇸 , be in great Health 👩🏽‍⚕️, be in my right mind, to have the breath of life, to be able to touch 🤚, taste 👄 and experience life with my own eyes 👀 I’m grateful. #OverWhelmedWithGratitude
