Thank you to all of you who have shared this journey alongside Shelleen and her family. They (and our family) are so grateful for the many prayers, donations, and well wishes towards their family. The funeral was just beautiful and so many of you came to support them. A beautiful mariachi band played some of Enrique's favorite music by his tomb side. Enrique's journey is over here on earth, but just like a natural disaster, life has to go on and needs to be rebuilt. Shelleen has so much to take care of with all of the administrative affairs of the passing of her husband; it doesn't leave time for her to do much of anything else.
Please pray for Shelleen and the girls, for strength and resilience as she handles all of these unexpected administrative steps, and having to transition to a life without their husband and father, and the emotional and financial challenges it now presents.

I added a photo and a small video for all of you who were not able to come to the funeral. I will try to post more as I get them.

Again, we are so grateful for your spiritual, emotional, and financial support! Thank you so much.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share that Enrique passed away at home on Friday 06/20/25. He fought until the very end. But his body was shutting down quickly! He was in a lot of physical pain.
Please join us in praying for Enrique's family for God's Peace and Comfort.

Please consider donating or sharing the GoFundMe Link to help them during this difficult time of grief with all the unexpected costs of saying goodbye.

Would you consider praying and giving 🤍
Enrique and Shelleen are dear friends of ours and are the kindest people you will meet. They are always willing to help and serve others quietly but in big ways! We have seen it, time and time again!

Now is our time to help them and bless them.

If you could skip a coffee/tea/drink at your favorite coffee shop once a week for a month, you could give $20 this month.
Enrique is fighting for his life and we want to help their family.

Please consider giving and most importantly, please join us in praying for a miracle, a complete RECOVERY! ❤️‍🩹

Thank you 😊

Stand up during dinner, say you have a pain that won’t go away.
Look into the eyes of relatives, really try to establish a family—a federation of wounds.
Now that you are in company say your loneliness, surely it is the same as others.
And tell them about your boredom, your intolerance with the cold, with the overcoat, to aid digestion.
If you burst into tears, it is even better, shock your relatives, plant the flag of restlessness in the middle of the living room.
Take courage, pick up a book of poetry read a few verses, they have movies planned for tomorrow.
Talk about the dead, talk about yourselves and then listen, clear the table, get the food out of the way, put your life on the table.
