The Doll Haus opens this weekend when these 4 dolls inspired by iconic horror movies: Scream, the Jason Universe, Saw, and Hellraiser go on sale exclusively on Walmart.com!

Now I know some posts have said I worked on this line, but I started at jakks at the end of April and while we can move fast, it’s not that fast! When I started I got to see the first production samples arrive in to kick off this new collector line! Designed by the uber talented @kenzie.wask under @wondesigner and our VP of design Liz! I feel honored to be a part of the Doll Haus! And so excited for you all to see what is coming! But for now these four (plus our WB Collection) will have to satiate your hunger for fashion dolls!

Loving the details on this line, like the real chains on the Hellraiser inspired doll, the separate sewn together fabrics on the pants of the Jason inspired doll, the slightly transparent with glitter saw blade-heeled shoes of the Saw inspired doll, and the killer blonde bob of the Scream inspired doll. Some real love of these franchises was put into the designs of these dolls working closely with the amazing teams for each property. The more you look the more details there are to find.

Excited for you all to see what our marketing team of @dominick.lisi @zlatti and @jillie_j6 have put together for this weekend at NYCC - it’s gonna slay!

It takes a killer crew to make this all happen, there’s so many others like our packaging team - it was real hard to open up the drop dead GOREgeous boxes by @chilaquilesplease (more posts to come!)our soft goods team, HK partners, face painters, hair designers, sculptors, planners, costing, and more!

It’s exciting to be here at the beginning to help get to steer where this line goes, so I’m happy to hear what you like and what you see as opportunities for improvement! All I ask is that you please be respectful with your words, Everyone is allowed to like and dislike things, but the world is cruel enough. We can give our opinions without having to talk down or be rude. So let’s enjoy going on this new collecting journey together!

Knock, knock. The Doll Haus is open. 🗝️

What a wild first month at JAKKS! Getting to shape and launch Doll Haus from the ground up has been such a dream. I’m so grateful to all the incredible teams and partners who put so much talent, care, and obsession into bringing this new collector hub to life.

And we’re just getting started. 🖤
