It feels surreal looking back at where Content Bar was a year ago. Before the platform, before hundreds of bookings, it was just us figuring things out, one booking at a time. So much has changed in a year, but the vision has always been the same 🤍

Building Content Bar has been one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences of our lives, but we wouldn’t change it for the world! This is just the start 😇🤍

For the past 3 weeks, I’ve been in a bit of an ~in-between~ chapter:

Wrapping up nearly four years at Akkio, taking some real time off, and getting used to what life looks like when my career is no longer centered around one full-time job.

A little recap of the past three weeks:

✈️ 3 trips: Copenhagen, Sea Island + Cape May
🥂 Planned + launched 3 upcoming @themarketinggroupe events
🎾 Went to the US Open
👻 Attended Snapchat’s Performance Marketing Summit
💻 Bought my business its first new laptop (!!)
🏌🏼‍♀️ Learned to golf
☕️ Had lots of coffee chats with people also building portfolio careers (@alisha_g9 , @kenziepperson, @tina1014_ )
🤳Partnerships went live with @claudeai, @replit, @linkedin + @snapchat
✨ Got accepted into LinkedIn’s Next Gen Creator Community

…and spent a lot of time thinking about what I want this next chapter to actually look like.

Tomorrow, another piece of the portfolio career officially begins.

I’m excited to get back into the weeds of marketing again (new role announcement coming soon👀🤭) — just this time, alongside growing The Marketing Groupe, creating content, and building a business of my own.

Here’s to the next chapter!

Last night @thefemalefoundercollective booked local NYC creator @kenziepperson through Content Bar to capture their Cabinette East Coast kickoff dinner at @barbianchinyc!!

The best event content doesn’t come from a production crew standing in the corner. It comes from creators who know how to capture the energy, emotion, and moments that make people wish they were in the room.

Need content coverage for your next event, dinner, launch, or community gathering? Book a vetted local creator through Content Bar.

Having a BTS creator on set isn’t a luxury anymore — it’s part of the production. Don’t miss out on content that makes brands feel human. Book a creator near you on Content Bar
