Happy National Coaches Day! 🩷🧡🤸🏼‍♀️

A huge shoutout to all of my favorite gymnastics coaches out there! 🫶🏼 Though this year may look a little different for me, coaching alongside you guys has always held such a huge place in my heart.

My love for gymnastics, for these athletes, and for watching KPG be the place where Adley gets to learn, grow, challenge herself, and chase her dreams will always be one of my favorite things. 🥹🩷

Thank you to the coaches who pour their time, energy, patience, and heart into these kids. You make a bigger impact than you probably realize! 💕✨

Happy National Coaches Day to all the amazing coaches who make gymnastics what it is! 🤸🏼‍♀️🩷🧡

Almost 2 years ago in Knoxville, our first trip to Tennessee together as a team… and of course we found the most beautiful Dolly mural in the hotel lobby. 🤍✨

Kenzie, being the biggest Dolly fan, had to give her a kiss. From “In Dolly We Trust” moments to singing along because she was our favorite national anthem voice back in our fairgrounds meet days… she’s always been a little piece of our story.

Today feels a little heavier. Rest easy, Dolly. Thank you for the music, the memories, and the magic you gave all of us. 🤍🎶

Another summer come and gone ☀️✨
Wishing all our KPG athletes the best as you head back to school this week!

The high school girls kicked things off with their banner photos for the upcoming season, and they did not disappoint. So excited to watch you all shine and have an amazing season together. 🩷🧡🤸🏼‍♀️

Who said gymnasts can’t dance?💃🏼✨
Dancing queen never misses a beat, you’ll catch Adley dancing at practice, at meets, and honestly… anywhere in public 😂

Flip Fest crew came back and turned practice into a full-on dance battle, teaching the team all the moves they learned at camp. Safe to say… the gym understood the assignment 🔥

Showed up ready to photograph coaches + high school gymnasts… but when three athletes walked in wearing different Flip Fest leotards, it turned into a whole mini photoshoot moment 📸✨

Happiest birthday to one of our absolute favorite people 🩷

Our “shared custody” coach, the KP behind KP Gymnastics, we are so lucky to have you. Have the most amazing day doing what you love most (besides making Katie a little crazy 😜)… coaching your girls.

Here’s to celebrating your birthday at your very first summer morning practice, surrounded by the athletes who love you so much. We appreciate you more than you know, today and always. 🫶🏻✨
