This birthday was so special to me, and honestly, it’s because of YOU. 🥹❤️

But beyond the birthday wishes, this birthday was different for a very personal reason.

I decided to follow what God had been speaking to me about through Apostle Emmanuel Iren, and I went on a personal retreat. Honestly, I didn’t even know exactly what I was going there to find, but it turned out to be one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever done for myself.

I have never experienced the kind of clarity I’ve had over the past few days. On the night of the retreat, after the Hallelujah Challenge, the Holy Spirit gave me clarity about my purpose and what I’m here to do. I was genuinely elated!

I took time to assess my past year and identify the areas of my life I needed to realign and improve in the coming year. My career, relationships, finances, friendships, social media goals, family, purpose, and so much more.

I wrote a letter to myself, created a freedom list, and spent time reflecting on who I am and who I’m becoming.

I also watched a YouTube video by Mrs. Sola Salako, where she talked about writing down everything about yourself: the good, the bad, and the ugly, and then meeting yourself again with love and acceptance. Telling yourself, I love you just the way you are.

That exercise was so refreshing. I highly recommend that you find the video and watch it, too. ❤️

This birthday reminded me that sometimes, the greatest gift you can give yourself is the gift of slowing down, listening to God, and making room to hear yourself clearly.

And now, let me not lie… 😂😂

The sweetest part of this birthday was the ALERTS! 😭💃🏽💃🏽

Thank you for making this birthday memorable in more ways than one. I’m entering this new year of my life with so much gratitude, clarity, and expectation for what God has in store for me.

See you in my next video! I’ll probably do a full rundown of where I spent the retreat and the activities I did there, so stay tuned. 👀❤️

I love you! 🫂💕

Dear Adaeze Keren, you made it. 🥹❤️

Happy birthday to me.

I don’t even know how to put yeverything I feel into words today. A part of me is excited to see another year, while another part of me is emotional thinking about everything it took to get here.

The things I prayed for, the things I lost, the moments I had to be strong when all I wanted was to fall apart, the dreams I am still chasing, and the versions of myself I had to outgrow to become the woman I am today.

If I’m being honest, life hasn’t always looked the way I imagined it would at this age. There are still things I hope for, prayers I am waiting to see answered, and parts of my life I am trusting God to put together.

But today, I don’t want to focus on what is missing.

I want to celebrate the girl who kept going, even when she didn’t have everything figured out.

The woman who continues to dream, to learn, to love, to start again, and to believe that there is still so much more waiting for her.

I want to celebrate the little victories nobody clapped for, the quiet battles nobody knew about, the opportunities I almost doubted myself out of, and the grace of God that has carried me through seasons I once wondered how I would survive.

I am learning that growing up is not always about having everything figured out. Sometimes, it is simply about becoming softer without losing your strength, trusting God even when the picture isn’t clear, and giving yourself permission to be proud of how far you’ve come.

So, Adaeze, today, I hope you give yourself the same love, patience, and grace you so freely give to others.

I hope this new chapter brings you closer to the woman you have always dreamed of becoming.

I hope you experience beautiful surprises, answered prayers, genuine love, meaningful opportunities, and the kind of peace that makes you grateful to be alive.

And above everything else, I hope you never lose the ability to believe that your story can still become everything you’ve prayed for and more.

Happy birthday to me.

God, thank You for keeping me. Thank You for bringing me this far. My story is still unfolding, and I trust You with the chapters ahead. ❤️🙏🏽
