We had the whole crew from The Farm under one roof yesterday for our Open House 💪

It was an amazing day of community, and we are so grateful to have seen SO MANY new faces here at our happiest place!

HOME SWEET HOME! 🎉🏡
A huge congratulations to my amazing repeat clients on their beautiful new home! Not only are they some of the kindest humans around, but they made a big move by purchasing non-contingent and turning their current home into a rental property.
Thank you for trusting me again. I’m so excited for all that this home will mean for your family in the years ahead. ❤️

Tonight was the perfect fall evening to deliver the keys to this adorable Montavilla home and I couldn’t think of a more sweet and deserving couple 🥰🏡 🔑

This particular home and neighborhood has history and meaning for them which makes it extra special and so awesome to be a part of helping them get the keys and be able to call it their own. 🫶🏼💗

CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🍾

Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their beautiful Forest Grove home! 🏡 👏🏼

They are making the big move from Hawaii to Oregon to be closer to their kids and grandkids. 💗

We had a few bumps in the road along the way, but it all ended up working out for the best! It was an honor to help them on this journey, and I’m excited for their new chapter here in FG.

Welcome Home! 🥰🫶🏼

What an incredible weekend filled with so much great lifting, excitement, and LOVE. ❤️🏋️‍♀️

The community vibes were real. It’s always so special to see so many amazing people—some I’ve known for more than a decade, and others who are becoming new friends. Getting to reconnect with our weightlifting community and spend the weekend together is always such a highlight and a serious tank filler.

Our @industrialstrengthwlc did SO well—full athlete recap to follow! Everyone showed up, gave their best, supported each other, and most importantly, had a wonderful time.

A huge thank you to our weightlifting community for continuing to make these events so special. Thank you to @heroicbarbellclub and @cullystrength_wl @xaqmayer @hey.thats.amy for putting on such a great event.

And especially, thank you to my athletes for entrusting me to be your coach. It means more to me than you know. ❤️

Already looking forward to next year!

Started with the Grand Opening of @strengthgracecollective 😍

It was so fun to see so many familiar faces and meet so many new people!

You ladies are doing incredible work and building a beautiful community.

So proud of you!

Then I headed to Memories of Hyrule with @tclausen3411 , Eli & Journey 🥰 after a delicious dinner at The Melting Pot

This comp prep cycle has been a tough one. Some days my body has felt great, other days… not so much. 😅 But somewhere in the middle of all the hard work, I’ve also been breaking through some new plateaus — and that feels pretty damn special. AO 2 here we come!

At 55, I’m incredibly grateful that my body still allows me to move, train hard, chase big goals, and keep discovering what I’m capable of.

I don’t take any of it for granted.

Worth celebrating my support system that has helped me through all the stages and been there though it all. 🙏 grateful to you all. Shout out to my training, partners, and my team. @jessiestemo @powerandgraceperformance @cedarsnutrition

I think my younger self would be pretty proud of the woman — and athlete — I’ve become. ❤️🏋🏻‍♀️

Labor Day fun! Getting a few of our groups together that don’t usually train together and the atmosphere was epic! We’ve been in a bit of a brutal back squat cycle with lots of volume, drop sets and heavier sets and now it’s time to see how everyone’s bodies adapted and so far results are showing!
