Didn’t meet my A goal but just ran Boston !!!13 WEEKS PREGNANT!!! As tough as the race was for me personally, with this being an entirely new experience, I have nothing negative to say! Beautiful course, beautiful cities, beautiful people, ran it with my mom!!!, Cayden held down the fort at home to give the kids an amazing Easter, got to see one of my best friends who’s having twins!!!, came straight home to coach & my cute girls made me posters😭, ALL good things!! 10/10 would recommend! Baby coming in October!!🤗🥹

My friend Keri hosted a breathwork session with @intrinsicbreath It was such an honor to be warmly welcomed into her home to facilitate an Emotional Release Breathwork Session for her and her friends. 💀 BOSTON BOUND💀 This was my mom’s first marathon in 10 YEARS. She thought she had retired until I told her I was finally ready so she agreed to train me.. at 61 yrs old. Her last marathon was Boston in 2014..I only started seriously distance running in 2014. In 2019 we ran the Nebo Half and it was AWESOME. It’s SO fast. Verrrrry downhill (& so incredibly beautiful!) so naturally I picked Nebo as the course I wanted for my first marathon. I still can’t decide if that was a mistake or not😅 The first 10 miles are UPHILL ONLY. The biggest shock that we were not prepared for. In training we put in a lot of uphill work but definitely not enough. Out of all the years of running this summer was our worst by far. Both dealing with many injuries & ailments, all I could do on race day was say a prayer that God would carry me through & HE DID. 3:14:28🎉 2nd female overall! Coming through the finish that day I seriously thought I’d given it all I had. Now..I’m hungry. See you in April, Boston. ***Swipe to see lil junior me running cross country on the JV squad and almost coming in last every race. Man I used to hate running. Never say never!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY & GRADUATION & moving week🎉🎉 I’m so incredibly proud of Cayden for all he does for me, our family and himself. All in a span of 7 days he turned 29, we moved up the road, and he graduated in Public Relations and Strategic Communications!!! All while continuing to support my job AND never miss Murphs T-ball. Literally couldn’t run this show without him😭

And a HUGE shout out to our Van Mom Kimberly B, who couldn’t join us on the trail due to a recent knee surgery, but sacrificed to come cheer us, drive us and add so much laughter and fun to the adventure! We’ve been planning this for a year and thanks to Natalie’s vision it was the trip of a lifetime!

42° on our run today so here are some pics from the last warmth of summer. 1 & 2. Took 1st in age at our lil Alpine days 5k. Was pretty nervous actually bc I hadn’t run in 3 weeks due to injuries but I guess it’s true, rest really can help you heal🙃 21:36! High school me would be shocked😬 3. East Canyon boating. Always one of the highlights of my summer. 4. Murph & I waiting to see the lava caves in Oregon. 5. Last lax game of the summer. Love making new friends each yr & being able to continue playing with some great teammates. 6 & 7. Murph being tolerant of me as always. 8. MRI, X-ray, & nerve conduction study for me. One step closer to finally having surgery & hopefully being able to get back to my strong, healthy self. 9. Murph hanging out w/his neighbor friend Lincoln. 10. Us at the state fair for the first time ever? Murph was excited for the rides but also hated most of them at the same time so maybe next year😅 We definitely had a great summer & can’t wait for fall & winter to watch Murphy’s excitement with each holiday!
