✨ With all my chaos of June and summer I almost forgot to say; HAPPY TWO YEARS OF @theloft_hairparlor 🎉🎉🎉
We had a dream and turned it into a place to cultivate other woman’s dreams as well🥹
I couldn’t be more proud of our salon, my 3rd child and home away from home♥️

Lead by example.
For those who weren’t sure and just watched last night I hope you saw that last nights Restoration Class was just feeling your body. I had modifications for anyone who needed them. When you work with a professional you shouldn’t be afraid.
From restorative breathing->nerve gliding and mobility->a little core 🔥 burn to finish.
See you at 5am @ Clean Cut!!!

It’s okay to build character and lose your reputation. Your character is who you are, and your reputation is what others think you are. Stop trying to control the different versions of you that exist in other peoples mind, and focus on holding vibrational alignment with who you are.

Growing my career I’ve made a ton of people happy and I’ve fell short with others. Or maybe they fell short with me. Whatever the case.
I’m results based. I know what it takes.
At a certain level you stop caring about excuses. You become no bullshit. You become real. You put aside those who don’t see the same vision as you and you move on. You make no excuses to get the job done.
If I made them, you wouldn’t be where you are. If I made them I wouldn’t be where I am. The difference is this.

You can take off.
I won’t.
You can say your injured, not feeling well, whatever…
I bite my tongue and continue.
You can forget to prep.
I can’t seem to slip like that.
You can disrespect yourself.
I find peace in taking care of myself.

My expectations are high.
My demand for effort is intense.
My mentality is all or nothing.
That’s too much for some.
But for the others it will make them great.
