The older I get, the more I realize how much I LOVE being with conscious, soulful women. Women who embrace each other’s humanness, seek one another’s essence and celebrate every kind of beauty together- beauty in one another, our planet, our sky, the mundane, the awesome… Illuminary women, who will sister and sit with each other in shadow times. Playful, expressive women, who will laugh and relish in the richness of life. Being with these women activates me in the best way. The deeper part of me feels alive and well when I’m with these humans. I hope this describes, (in a small way), the essence of our time together in Costa Rica. We went to recalibrate, but I think what we found was profound coherence. @tuluaretreats

There is a kind of coming back to life
that happens when women gather like this.

The intention was to re-root, to recalibrate the subtle body, reboot the nervous system, and connect to the elements and each other…
But the actual experience was so much bigger than that.
We explored our essence 🌊🌿💨🔥
And our sacred blueprints,
our dichotomies
and our gifts…
Became more aware of our aliveness,
and even our wildness.
Saw one another. Felt less alone.
And in that space,
something beautiful happened,
we came back to life. ✨

Where do I begin without sobbing!!!! This game has brought me more opportunities than I ever thought imaginable. The ups, the downs, the friendships, the memories, the traveling, and so much more. I have been blessed beyond measure. Thank you Jesus for all these amazing times! Thankful for all my teammates, coaches, and most importantly my family. I would not have been half the golfer or person that I am today without everyone that poured into me. This game has felt like my WHOLEEEE life and some days it was great and some days it was horrible, but I would not have changed it for the world!! Sad to say it’s over but ready for the next chapter! 🥲🥲🥲 Don’t worry you will still see me in your local scrambles😚✌️✌️

✨𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻…. This is your invitation to step out of the rush and into the rhythm of your breath.
To move your body with intention.
To wake up near the ocean.
To practice yoga surrounded by nature, community, and ease. 🧘‍♀️

You don’t need to be more flexible.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to say yes to yourself.🫶🏻

Twelve women. One island. Thousands of moments we’ll never forget. 💫🫶
We came for yoga, connection, and sunshine… we left with belly laughs, soft landings, ocean glimmers, and ***a little more of ourselves than when we arrived.
From cave handstands to bat encounters to spontaneous tide pool adventures, from quiet reflections to dance parties under the stars—thank you to every soul who showed up, softened, and shined.
Until next time, stay wild, stay magical, and never underestimate the power of a woman on retreat ✨🧘‍♀️🌴
