🚨 IT’S HERE! 💜

Introducing our August Reset Challenge: Body Bootcamp 💪

This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about building consistency, creating healthy habits, and finishing summer stronger than you started.

✨ Earn 40 points throughout August.
✨ Complete your weekly check-ins.
✨ Attend 2 Saturday Mix Madness classes.

🏅 Every finisher will qualify for the McKey Games Finale, where everyone starts on equal footing and competes for prizes. This is not a points-based competition—the points simply earn your spot in the finale!

Measurements and progress photos will be available during the last week of July before the challenge officially begins. We’re offering a $5 discount on our smart scale in the gym to use before and after the challenge.

Registration: $30

👉 Sign up online or simply reply “RESET” to this post or message me, and I’ll get you registered!

Monday Mindset 💚💪🏻

The way you choose to see your fitness journey will shape the results you get.
You can focus on the obstacles… or you can focus on the opportunity!

A workout isn’t just about burning calories or changing your body. It’s about building discipline, confidence, resilience, and a healthier future, one choice at a time.

The biggest transformation doesn’t happen when your body changes, It happens when your mindset does!! 💚 -MM
