FDLS 4-0 Weekend in Plano, Tx. Puma NEXTPRO. Sharing the ball at a high level, defending, executing very well is putting this team in position to complete in the finals. Beautiful brand of basketball, we develop our players, teach the how to make the correct reads, triggers and pass selections. Coach T, Lil T and @coachdaryle continue to lead their teams to wins. This group of coaches resembles balance, the hours these kids put in daily is showing every game. As we prepare for nationals in Orlando confidence is high and team spirit is visible. LETS KEEP GRINDING FDLS 🧡🖤🧡🖤🧡

Fuel the work, don’t just do the work 💪🏿. Strength starts with what’s on your plate. Every athlete needs proper nutrition. Feed the athlete and elevate the performance. I’m telling you what I know, I’ve only been doing this for 30+ years

We’re not in here ego lifting, we’re learning proper form, and building muscle. This along with proper nutrition will increase his strength and ultimately his performance and confidence. Stay with us for the journey. #nolatrainer #neworleanspersonaltrainer #nolacertifiedtrainer

To all my athletes and parents watching. Everybody wants results, but this is the part it takes. When your game feels stuck, your work can’t be, because growth doesn’t always look like progress. This is the part that nobody celebrates, where confidence is tested, and you learn to trust yourself again. Fighting that inner voice that says, “don’t mess up”. The game isn’t the problem, confidence is and what you do when it’s not working, that’s who you are. We keep fighting over here. 💪🏿💪🏿 #nolacertifiedtrainer #neworleanspersonaltrainer #nolaathletictrainer

The amount of injuries with kids is at an all time high. I truly believe it’s because of the lack of proper form and supervision. Teaching young athletes the correct way will build life long skills and prevent serious injuries later. If you’re interested in learning more for your young athlete let’s book a consult or send me a message. #athletictrainer #neworleanspersonaltrainer #nolacertifiedtrainer

Before you lift heavy, we lift right. Proper deadlift technique protects the body, builds real power, and sets young athletes up for long-term success in sports. Teaching young athletes proper form now builds power, confidence, and injury-free strength for the future. Strength is a skill. Teach it early. If you’re an athlete, or looking for a pro trainer for your young athlete I’m your guy. Have over 30 years of experience and I get results. DM me to set something up. #YouthTraining #AthleteDevelopment #FormFirst #TrainToLast

Some highlights from this weekend tournament @bradboydbasketball Our 7th grade team played a total of 9 games this weekend (8-1) we lost in the semi final game in the 8th grade division, we won the 7th grade championship. These kids are a insight of hard we work in practice. 9 games and they did not run out of gas. Practice is the most important part of development- NOT JUST PLAYING IN GAMES.
