Even though I am never ready for the goodbyes of senior year, this one seems to be the hardest. After putting in 14 years of blood, sweat, tears, and laughter into this sport, it seems wrong to not have practice everyday. Through every health struggle, every doctor appointment, every injury, and even bad coaches, soccer was always there to comfort me and make me forget about everything. As I unlace my cleats one last time, I looked back on all of the memories that I have made throughout this sport, and the friends that have ended up like family, and it is truly a bittersweet ending but I am here to say, #14 signing out.
