These next 90 days, I’m being very intentional about what gets my time, my energy, and my attention. 💛

Q4 isn’t just about finishing the year strong for me. It’s about becoming more disciplined, more present, more consistent, and more protective of the life I’m building.

I’ve spent so much of this year BUILDING. Building Flourish. Building my team. Building new ideas. Building systems. Building a vision that gets bigger every time I allow myself to really think about where I want my life to go.

But I’m also learning that success can’t only be about how much we can accomplish.

We have to take care of US too. So yes, you should go to yoga. Take the trip. Have the martini. Spend time with people you love. Get closer to God. Rest without feeling like you should be working. And actually enjoy the life you’re working so hard to create! 🥂

For these last 90 days of the year, we’re choosing both.

The goals AND the life.
The discipline AND the rest.
The business AND the woman behind it.
The ambition AND the peace.

I still have some big things I want to accomplish before this year is over, and trust me, I’m coming for them. 🫰🏽 But I’m also not waiting until I reach the next milestone to be proud of myself or enjoy my life anymore.

Q4, I’m ready for you. 🌻💛

What are you choosing MORE of these next 90 days? 👀

One thing I’m learning more and more in business: your network really will change your net worth. 😮‍💨🙏🏽

And I don’t mean collecting business cards, following somebody on Instagram, or walking into every room trying to sell yourself.

I mean REAL relationships.

Sitting at the table. Having conversations. Asking questions. Sharing ideas. Supporting what other people are building and actually staying connected after the event is over.

Some of the best opportunities I’ve had didn’t come from an ad, a funnel, or me pitching anything. They came from a conversation that turned into a connection, and a connection that eventually turned into an opportunity. 🌻

That’s why I’m becoming very intentional about getting in the room.

You never know who you’re sitting next to, or what one genuine conversation could turn into! Cause I love me some @ketheceo DOWN y’all! 🥰

Build the business, but build the relationships too. 💛✨
