Since I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training one year ago, I have had this voice in my head nudging me to go teach. There have been obstacles, one after the other, that have kept me from listening. Then this opportunity fell into my lap and I am sooooo grateful and proud of myself for being brave and persistent and putting myself in a place where I could teach yoga and follow this calling.

In addition to the thrill of teaching, sequencing, cueing, and being in the teachers seat—I got to introduce the practice to so many people! So many people who had never done yoga before came to my class each day and I heard feedback such as “I never knew yoga could feel so good”, “My body feels better after one class than it has in the last three months” and my personal favorite, “My body feels good but my mind feels even better. It felt like I was able to escape my thoughts for a whole hour.”

And if all that wasn’t enough, I got to spend a whole month living and loving and laughing on a tropical island in Indonesia surrounded by the most beautiful people and water and turtles.

Cheers to chasing turtles and love and sunsets and dreams 💫💕

I love taking my daughter out and getting Her friends over for a sleepover on the weekend to make her weekend as stimulating as possible ....and interesting it’s always good to get them out to a nice place with plenty of oxygen and to get them away from the phones.... not that I’m anti-phone so I think that’s part of life the kids right now I think it’s how they connect and how they get on....but I hope you enjoy this little snapshot of our weekend and to make sure you get your kids outside have some fun... love you guys tons 🔥🔥
