This is where my story began.
I listened to a podcast (linked in my bio) explaining our microbiome (gut), and how it controls EVERY SYSTEM in our bodies. Wait- what we put in and on our bodies actually makes a difference? Cue a ridiculous “duh” moment here. Of course that makes TOTAL sense, but why had I never made that connection? Why doesn’t the medical field make that connection? These questions led me on a quest for myself and my family.
* To be less tired and foggy through the day
* To quit pharmaceuticals (that I had been taking for anxiety and depression for over 20 years)
* To help my kids’ attention and mood
* To help my husband with his high blood pressure
