Happy International Surfing Day! 🌊🤙

Today is a reminder of how much surfing adds to our lives and why we fell in love with it in the first place.

I asked a few of my clients why they love surfing, you can read their answers above.

I’m incredibly grateful that they trusted me to help them overcome pain and improve their fitness for surfing. 🙏.

California dreamin 🫠

How lucky am I, as a mountain girl (from Austria), to have friends with whom I can experience the beauty, secrets, and wonders of the ocean 💙🐳🫶🏻

Current favourite place: California ☀️

We celebrate each other’s baby steps as loudly as winning medals. Like getting comfortable with the uncomfortable (hello, ocean 🌊), trying new things, and catching (first) waves while keeping those knees strong (Eva’s rehab journey continues 🪽).

Beach days, running club, sunsets, wildlife safaris, Dinos Alive (with AI 🤿), an ice cream a day, endless playtime… and a whole lot of cuddles. 🫶🏻

The Art of Flight. When nailed you can soar, cutting smoothly through the air landing with ease.
Last week @mammothmountain hosted @americandownhiller and 70 U14-U16 athletes from around the Nation. We worked on fast skiing in terrain and turns, jump skills off Hare Jump ( demo clip 3) with lots of reps improving their confidence and skill. Props to @marcolikesit for organizing this annual camp.
Had a blast working with Mikaela and Rhett for our athletes on Team 3!

1/26/25 Bittersweet reunion to say farewell to our friend Ami 1975-2025. Rest In Peace!

A good friend of mine named Ami recently passed away and on Jan 26th we held a celebration of life for him. He shared an incredible connection with the ocean, so it was only fitting to do a paddle out in his honor. I’m sure he is still surfing wherever he is, and I bet he is absolutely ripping now.
