POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Kevin Bazaar joins the show to talk about his rise from running the Sideline Utep account to becoming one of the loudest voices in UTEP sports. The convo hits how social media has changed fan culture, the growing pull of sports betting, and the reality check UTEP athletics is facing right now. The hosts break down coaching stability, the transfer portal, and NIL’s impact on building a roster, plus concerns around the basketball program while still keeping it rooted in El Paso pride. Bottom line: the community shows up, but UTEP needs results, accountability, and a true winning mentality to take the next step.

@ssn_utep joins the show at The District to discuss the keys to the game for UTEP’s offense and defense as they take on Louisiana-Monroe. 🏈

Louisiana-Monroe has been running the ball well, so that will be a key focus for UTEP’s defense. We’ll have full coverage of the game tonight on 600 ESPN El Paso.

first pic: me attempting to make the ONLY use of a very extra NYE balloon I had to have and now don’t know what to do with.

last: giggling bc @dutchbroscoffee was playing “right here right now there is no other place I’d rather be” and that was v true for me in that moment..a remote worker escaping for my ounce of daily IRL interaction 😂

this was a really lovely end to what’s been a very special year for me - and I am so happy I got to spend it seeing so many people.

☀️I started in January of 2023 in San Antonio, with my crew and established little life there, but knowing El Paso was on the near horizon. in March I celebrated Diego’s [what I thought was] quick visit to San Antonio by getting ENGAGED and celebrating with my dear ones. And by June we were packed up and hitting the road to El Paso. Bittersweet, yes, but as my grandma Mary Ellen always said - the heart only grows to hold more. No goodbyes for good, just more love! wishing everyone in my life goodness this year…feels like we’re all collectively finally coming around after whatever the heck the last few yrs have been…cheers! ily

2023 was a wild one, but extremely grateful for being blessed with good vibes, travel, and of course the real ones I got to spend it with. Lost a lot, but gained a lot more. Thankful for what I have in this life, but now ready for what ‘24 is about to bring 🙏💙💯
