Modern Silent Shorts: The Band, The Myth, The Legend! 🤘♥️

Late post, but I continue to be immensely grateful for the innovative prowess across the board of @soonest.mended and the compositional patience, robustness, and down-to-clownness of Kev, Greg, and Ryan. (Also — could NEVER have done it without Sawyer and Shane! Blessings on all crew, always.)

Thanks for bringing me on a year ago — cheers to more incredible nights! ♥️🎥

@modernsilentshorts 2026 Tour Part 1 - 3rd year documenting this wonderful event, this time over the course of a few days in some magical spaces. This year @kevindunuld ‘s score got to shine even brighter than ever before, and the band played better than ever. So grateful to @soonest.mended and @mike__bloom for creating this whole crazy thing. God I love watching movies with people… especially my friends… especially movies made by friends…

(Sadly @kevindunuld ‘s score isn’t public yet otherwise I’d be sharing it with you)

@modernsilentshorts in the @nytimes ✨🫶🏻

I’ll never be able to say enough about the wild experiment that is Modern Silent Shorts, or the lovely people behind it. This tour created a uniquely communal opportunity to share film and music and space. We need so many more nights like these.

Slide 3 for me yapping in front of a castle in the middle of the Hudson River and slide 6 for magical head bobbing and weaving.

Thanks to all the stunning locations, to @mike__bloom @soonest.mended and Boykin ❤️🙏🏻
