Mirror Work is still WORKIN’ Here’s a GOOD OL’ VIDEO RECAP of Mirror Work! ISSA SWIPE!!! With a paper, a tune and a mirror, I facilitated a night where we sang, body rolled, shouted, and laughed ourselves into a safe communal healing - into a space where we could let our child-like whimsy fly - into JOY & FREEDOM! And the best part is….the audience didn’t only mirror me, but I mirrored them as well! S1 -2: “Melodies from Heaven” @Kirkfranklin S3- 4: “Mirror” by Britton Sting feat. @nikatknightt and @candycornball S5- 6: “I Found Myself” By @durandbernarr feat. @heybluboy S7-9 “You Are So Beautiful” Ministered ft. OILY @cyniah.elise S10: “Cloud 9” by ATL’s Very Own Donnie @iamdonniesoul S11: Churchy Black Folks will CUT UP! S12: Min. @damani.vr ‘s MESSAGE S13 -14: “Believe in Yourself” from @thewizbway S15: “God In Me” by @mykalkilgore S16: “Boundaries” from @strangeloopldn S17: “Here’s To Life” S19: Mirro Work: THE PRACTICE OF IT
S19: Dear Shaq Video S20: K. Ferg’s Words of Recap ON THE REALEST NOTE… This was a show for all people pleasers, all the perfectionists, and all the pessimists to rewire themselves with accountability, affirmation and imagination and the sound of sniffles showed me there was a SHIFT. So glad God chose me to be the vessel! Drop a 🪞emoji if you want this show to COME BACK! #fyp #livemusic #tedxtalk #shaqhester @greenroom42 recap

A Black Man was hanged in Raleigh, NC A Black Man was hanged in Raleigh, NC A Black Man was hanged in Raleigh, NC A Black Man was hanged in Raleigh, NC The trees in the US are STILL bearing strange fruit in 2026. 87 years since this song was released and Billie Holiday persecuted for speaking the truth that STILL accompanies like a never ending soundtrack to the murdering of too many. When will killing Black people stop being a past time hobby in this nation? WHEN!? 👀 We shouldn’t be talking about ish else until we start demanding in depth investigations taking place on these murders. Aren’t yall tired of acting like this is normal? Moments from my B’day week: From Baltimore snowballs to Atlantic City casinos and Harlem parks, I was OUTSIDE, surrounded by family, loved ones, community and good vibes. My park gathering was a good time as usual and folks left me some B’day messages (swipe to hear some). I even made up & taught a line dance I made up called “The Punch”. (Slide 15)😂 Thank you all who were a part of the celebrations and all who sent well wishes. Grateful to ring in another year with joy & possibility! ✨🎉🙏🏾 #birthdaylove #gratitude #cancerseason #blackboyjoy #iamericlockley
