welcome to the family // snippets of our engagement/sagai/ring ceremony (the rituals & functions may differ state to state, so we decided to evolve the day our way & learnt a lot in the process) ☺️♥️

random thoughts & how to read them
- I don’t know why I am on social media anymore (aka casting agents asking for your ig because it gives an apt representation of our acting skills 💁🏻‍♀️)
- Unpredictability can be fun, unpreparedness is not (that too when you’re in the right spaces)
- Friends like family and family like friends are two of the best gifts I’m showered with (and it’s an insane amount of work to keep it that way)
- You snooze, you lose (regardless of which side of the tracks you’re on)
- All of life’s treasures can be surmised in words & feelings that will hardly ever have a physical representative (and I don’t mean money; if I ask you to show all your economic worth & stocks in physical sense, tell me how you’d do so?) ((please spend your time on worthwhile things rather than answering my rhetorical question:))
- this post makes no sense but neither does life right now (ai stop suggesting me words to input! I have a brain which you cannot fully fathom because I choose to not give you my life rights.)
- to live every day is easier, than to build a life over the decades (and while they’re both progressing simultaneously, I’m just going to sink into a book today and learn my lines. Unless someone’s in for pickleball)

Ehh, the photos are from 2025 (except a video from 2023 aka Ziddi Girls era), but my feelings are ephemeral (and fleeting. Ain’t that fun?)

Peace 🫶🏼

Just completed a transformative mentorship program with the esteemed Argentinian Cinematographer, Natasha Braier, ADF, ASC renowned for her visually striking work and collaborations with directors like Lynne Ramsay and Nicolas Winding Refn

Thrilled to reach this significant milestone and eager for the promising journey ahead. Grateful to Natasha, Shane, and the DEEP-LIGHT team for their priceless guidance and support. <3

Great to be part of these amazing cinematographers from around the world 🎥

I’m so privileged to sit in my house while typing this, so lucky to have the friends I do and really questioning the helplessness of where humankind is heading. today, I can count my blessings, be thankful for the beautiful people around me and really, do better now. (And probably give up words since they have been failing me too much lately. But let no machine eat away our dreams).

instead of another year going by with happy pictures sitting on my phone & the next thing I know I’m 3 years older (aka, still in what some may call the roaring 20s), let me leave some proof that it is full of happiness, love & kindness 🩷
grateful, thankful, heartful, stomach full & all things fullllll of beautiful beings, inanimate or animate 🌻

Recently had the crazy opportunity to shoot with Mr. Uday Kotak. The total net worth in the room was $14B. Thanks to @kewalawek for his impeccable lighting and camera skills..
