if you’re looking for a summer challenge to…

- build healthy habits
- accomplish your goals
- grow personally & professionally
- glow up & become the best version of you
- believe in yourself & your dreams
- prioritize self-care & balance
- and create a life you LOVE

this challenge is for you 💖

#knowyourworthchallenge is a vlog series I’ve started on TikTok (link in bio) to kickstart my post-grad era, re-align my life with my goals, and become the happiest & healthiest version of me this summer 🌱

there’s so many challenges out there (e.g. 75 hard), but I wanted to create a self-care challenge specifically designed to meet us where we are at and help us just start ✨

instead of waiting for the perfect moment, person, body, career, goal, opportunity, or sign to know your worth!

start showing up for yourself and the life you want to build right now, this version of you deserves it!

see you monday in the next vlog 🤍

Meet Keyena💖

Hi hi!! I’m Keyena 💓 you may or may not have seen me pop up on your explore page here and there. When I’m not studying nutrition and psychology at UBC, I create content on pretty much every social media platform there is. I fell into social media amidst my Miss Teen Canada reign in 2021, when COVID-19 had prevented me from attending charities, galas, and international pageants. I fell in love with making little videos and before I knew it my favourite brands (DoorDash, Princess Polly, Mejuri, to name a few) were in my inbox asking me to make content for them.

When I joined GPhi, I was overwhelmed by the support I got from my sisters in pursuing my passion of creating content. With my whole heart, I feel that my sisters have played an instrumental role in my confidence not only as a person, but as a creator and gave me the courage to turn my hobby into a career.

As I enter my senior year, I’m so excited for all the memories left to make with my sisters and to continue the legacy of inspiring the highest type of womanhood. Gamma Phi sees the potential in you that you don’t see in yourself and without a doubt, joining GPhi was and continues to be the best decision I’ve made for myself at UBC.

🍞🫶🏻 WHERE TO SPEND YOUR $$$ - RICHMOND NIGHT MARKET PT. 1 🫶🏻🍞

This was my first stop at the night market @richmondnightmarket and it should be yours too before things sell out! Did you know it is Canada’s first HK style mini french toast with Japanese mochi?? 🍞

Highly recommend grabbing their famous float (taro, matcha, nutella, and kaya coconut) - my favs are matcha and nutella! And it comes with a giant scoop of icecream 💚

P.S. they’re doing $5 off any float within their first operating hour of the day! 🤩

Thank you @tochi.yvr for the invite!
